Mikaela was born in 1984. She is an Italian-Iranian. Her family was from Colbert Washington. At the age of 2, she started taking dance classes. Later on was a participant in school performances. As a child she was able to be seen in ads for local companies. Then, she joined the Loyola Marymount Theatre program at LA, USA, and graduated in the field of theatre. Mikaela's acting career started in 2007 with the release of a film called 'Frank.' In 'Sorority Forever,' she played the lead. She then auditioned before James Gunn to play the character of Humanzee. Her next role was as a main actress on her role on the James Gunn & Peter Safran X-Box Show Sparky & Mikaela. Hoover first appeared in American films in 2010 where she starred in the movie 'How I Met Your Mother. Other credits for her acting include James Gunn's movie "Super".
